General Conditions
These rules for the purchase and sale of goods or services (hereinafter "Rules") are a legally binding document for the Parties, which establishes the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, the conditions for acquiring and paying for goods or services, the procedure for delivery and return of goods or services, the liability of the Parties, and other provisions related to the purchase and sale of goods or services in the summitpins.com e-shop.

By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they agree to these Rules.

The Seller reserves the right to change, amend, or supplement the Rules at any time, taking into account the requirements established by legal acts.

When the Buyer, after familiarizing themselves with the purchase and sale rules in the e-shop, purchases a product, i.e., completes all order steps and makes the payment, it is considered that a purchase-sale agreement has been concluded between the Seller and the Buyer.

Each time you use the Website, you must be familiar with these Conditions, especially if you use advice related to physical and mental health. By using this Website, you confirm that you are familiar with these Conditions and unconditionally undertake to comply with them and any other conditions or policies.

These conditions have the same legal force as a contract concluded between you and Kipras Bielinskas.

The Buyer does not have the right to publish, copy, or otherwise plagiarize the Lapel Pins or their designs. The Lapel Pins are intended for personal use only. Copying the designs of the Lapel Pins is a violation of copyright, for which criminal liability is incurred.

Personal Data Protection
When ordering goods or services in the e-shop summitpins.com, the Buyer must provide all the data requested in the order form.

The Buyer is responsible for providing correct data at the time of purchase.

By placing an order, the Buyer agrees that their personal data will be processed for the purpose of order execution. The Buyer also agrees that informational messages necessary for order fulfillment will be sent to the e-mail address specified by the Buyer.

The Buyer's personal data may be processed for marketing purposes only if the Buyer expresses their consent.

By agreeing to these Rules, the Buyer confirms that they grant summitpins.com the right to send them informational messages and commercial offers.

The Buyer has the right to refuse to receive such offers by informing the Seller via e-mail at hello@summitpins.com or by unsubscribing from the newsletter using the form provided in it.

The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer's personal data to third parties, except when required by a competent State institution in cases provided by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania or with the separate written consent of the Buyer.

Buyer's Rights and Obligations
The Buyer has the right to purchase goods or services in the Seller's e-shop in accordance with the procedure established by these Rules.

The Buyer undertakes to pay for the goods or services and accept them in accordance with the procedure established by these Rules.

The Buyer undertakes to provide complete, comprehensive, and correct information required for order fulfillment in the order form. The Buyer is fully responsible for the correctness of the data provided in the order form. If the Buyer does not provide accurate data in the order form, the Seller is not responsible for the consequences arising therefrom.

By placing an order in the e-shop summitpins.com, the Buyer agrees to these Rules and undertakes to comply with them and the established legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

Seller's Rights and Obligations
The Seller undertakes to create all conditions for the Buyer to properly use the services provided by the e-shop summitpins.com.

If the Buyer attempts to harm the stability and security of the e-shop's operation or violates their obligations, the Seller has the right to immediately and without warning restrict, suspend, or cancel the Buyer's access to the e-shop.

The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer's right to privacy regarding the personal information belonging to the Buyer, specified in the purchase form, and not to transfer it to third parties.

The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods or services ordered by the Buyer using the delivery method specified in the order form.

The Seller, in the event of important circumstances, may temporarily or completely terminate the operation of the e-shop without notifying the Buyer in advance.

The Seller, if unable to deliver the ordered goods or services to the Buyer due to important circumstances, undertakes to return the money paid by the Buyer within 10 (ten) working days from the occurrence of such circumstances, if prepayment was made.

The Seller may unilaterally change the conditions of these Rules.

If the Buyer uses the services provided by summitpins.com after these conditions have been changed, it is considered that the Buyer has agreed to the change in the Rules.

Prices of Goods and Payment Procedure
The prices of goods in the e-shop and in the formed order are indicated in euros, including taxes.

Payments can be made in euro currency. Payments are processed using the Opay payment platform.

The Buyer undertakes to pay for the goods at the time of ordering. The performance of services begins only after payment is received.

If all order steps are completed correctly, immediately after payment, the Buyer receives an order confirmation for the goods to the specified e-mail address, and the order execution begins.

The Buyer pays for the goods with a debit or credit bank card, electronic banking, or another payment method offered in the e-shop at the time of placing the order. All payments are secured.

The goods specified in the store may not correspond to the real size, shape, and color of the goods in their color, shape, or other parameters due to the characteristics of the monitor used. The goods also may not meet your subjective expectations.

Delivery of Goods
The Buyer, when ordering goods, undertakes to provide the correct contact details requested in the order form.

The Buyer, having chosen the goods delivery service at the time of ordering, undertakes to specify the exact place of delivery of the goods.

Orders are delivered via Lithuanian Post.

If we do not deliver to your destination address, please write us at hello@summitpins.com and we will try to arrange your delivery.

The delivery term for the goods is specified in the product description. By ordering the goods, the buyer agrees to the delivery term specified in the product description. In all cases, confirmation of order fulfillment is sent to the Client only after payment is received in the bank account.

The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer within the delivery term and method specified in the description of the specific product.

The Buyer agrees that in exceptional cases, the delivery of goods may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Seller's control. In such a case, the Seller undertakes to immediately contact the Buyer and coordinate the terms of delivery.

During the delivery of the goods, the Buyer must check the condition of the shipment's packaging and the quantity of the goods together with the courier or the Seller. If the Buyer notices damage to the packaging during delivery, they must inform the courier or the Seller. Failure to do so releases the Seller from liability to the Buyer for damage to the goods related to packaging damage that the Buyer did not note in the delivery document.

Return of Goods and Money
To return a low-quality, damaged product(s) in accordance with the provisions of Article 6.362 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, the Buyer may do so within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the goods.

When returning goods, the Buyer must adhere to these conditions:

the returned product must be in its original, tidy packaging;

the product must be undamaged by the Buyer;

the product must be unused, and must not have lost its marketable appearance (labels intact, etc.) (this point does not apply in the case of returning a low-quality product);

the returned product must be of the same complete set as the Buyer received it;

In the event of a product return, the Seller undertakes to transfer the money for the returned product to the Buyer only after assessing the returned product. Money is transferred only to the payer's account.

When returning the wrong product received and/or a low-quality product, the Seller undertakes to take back such products and replace them with analogous suitable products. In the event that the Seller does not have suitable products for replacement, the amount paid shall be returned to the Buyer.

Liability
The Buyer is fully responsible for the correctness of the data provided in the service order or registration form. If the Buyer does not provide accurate data in the order form, the Seller is not responsible for the consequences arising therefrom.

The Seller is released from any liability in cases where losses arise because the Buyer, disregarding the Seller's recommendations and their own obligations, did not familiarize themselves with these Rules, although they were given such an opportunity.

If the Seller's e-shop contains links to the websites of other companies, institutions, organizations, or persons, the Seller is not responsible for the information contained therein or the activities carried out; the Seller does not supervise, control, and does not represent those companies and persons.

Intellectual Property Rights
All content included on the Website, including but not limited to products, images, photographs, trademarks, music, sounds, videos, documents, drawings, figures, logos, menus, web pages, graphics, colors, schemes, designs, is the property of Kipras Bielinskas or third parties and is protected by national and international copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, publish, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, the content of the Website without the prior, express, written consent of Kipras Bielinskas.

Kipras Bielinskas has the exclusive right to authorize or prohibit, at her sole discretion, any reproduction, publication, distribution, display, modification, creation of derivative works from, or use in any way, in whole or in part, of the content.

The content of the website or electronic publications may be cited in compliance with applicable copyright laws. When content is cited, the source must be indicated. Articles, trademarks, and logos on the website may not be reproduced, published, or distributed without the prior written consent of their owner.

The website provides you with the opportunity to comment on articles and audio recordings. Your submitted comments cannot contain:

profanity

offensive comments

comments promoting national, racial, religious, or other hatred

threatening comments

advertising.

Final Provisions
These purchase and sale Rules for goods or services are drawn up in accordance with the laws and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

The law of the Republic of Lithuania applies to these rules. All disagreements arising from the execution of these rules shall be resolved through negotiation. If an agreement cannot be reached, disagreements shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
