Shipping
- When ordering goods, the buyer undertakes to provide accurate contact details as requested in the order form.
- The buyer, having selected the delivery service when placing the order, undertakes to specify the exact place of delivery of the goods.
- Orders will be delivered via Lithuanian Post.
- If you can’t find your country as a delivery destination – don’t worry. Write us at hello@summitpins.com and we will try our best to arrange shipment to you.
- Standard delivery time is 1 – 2 weeks.
Backorder delivery time when we are out of stock is 1 – 2 months.
If specific shipping terms apply, they will be clearly visible in the product page.
We initiate your goods shipment only after we successfully receive the buyers payment. - We undertake to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer within the delivery period and in the manner specified in the description of the specific goods.
- The Buyer agrees that in exceptional cases, the delivery of goods may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Seller’s control. In such cases, we undertake to contact the Buyer immediately and agree on the terms of delivery of the goods.
- Upon delivery of the goods, the Buyer must check the condition of the shipment packaging and the quantity of goods together with the courier or the Seller. If the Buyer notices any damage to the packaging upon delivery, they must inform the courier or the Seller. If these actions are not taken, the Seller shall be released from liability to the Buyer for damage to the goods related to damage to the packaging that the Buyer did not indicate in the delivery document.
Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines your rights and our procedures for returns and refunds, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
1. Your Right of Withdrawal
You have the legal right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
- Timeframe: The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party you designate, other than the carrier) acquire physical possession of the goods.
2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
Before the 14-day withdrawal period expires, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
You can do this by:

Simply returning the goods without a clear statement is not sufficient notification.
3. Returning the Goods
Once you have notified us of your decision to withdraw, you must send back the goods without undue delay, and in any event, no later than 14 days from the day you informed us.

Nemuno krantinÄ—, 26-6, Kaunas, LT-45273, Lithuania. - Cost of Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the direct costs of returning the item(s).
4. Our Refund Process
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments received from you, including the costs of original delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).
- Refund Timeline: We will issue the refund without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after the day we receive the returned goods from you.
- Refund Method: The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
- Condition of Goods & Deductions: You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them in a way other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. We reserve the right to make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
